Have You Heard About Grounding?

☀️Just like the sun, the earth has its own subtle energy that makes a physical connection with the human body in the form of electrons. Earthing, also known as grounding, is simply making a physical connection between the electrical frequencies of the human body with that of Earth’s (think the amazing feeling of being barefoot in the grass, or walking on a sandy beach). When you touch the ground with your bare feet or body, those electrons flow into you.
